elocine is a one-man band. originally from southern new jersey, this project has relocated and now resides in southeastern virginia. it was started in 1995 by sole member, nelson ciron, as nothing but a way to kill time. but over the years, it has evolved into a full-fledged musical undertaking. to date, three LP's and five EP's have been released.
